i think a far more interesting change may be to remove the vertical brace from the rear swing arm, rewelding it inboard of the two bolt tubes, then make a set of plates that bring the swing arm in the inch or so that would allow, giving the shortened wheel base at the rear everyone currently raves about.

although it dose bring to mind that the athertons have lengthened swingarms on there bikes, as do a few other pro riders.

It got its first ride yesterday. super nice bike! turns verry well, Jumps awsome. havent riden any top of the line new bikes, but I cant realy fault this?

yeah, i must say that for the bikes feel overall, the trade from 888rc to boxxer 2010 was the best thing i've done. But the boxxer has a lot of troubles to sort out. But im thinking of changing to a Dorado pro 180mm instead, if i cant get the boxxer to work as i want it to. Shouldn't make any drastic changes to the geometry, but i would have a fork that actually does the job

I quite like the blue wheels, I guess its personal preferance. They match the seatpost clamp and headset well, no? They've proved to be damn strong so far and weight isnt far from my mate's deemaxes... and these were about £500 cheaper

Sweet rides guys! So I havent biked in years and now that I have some spare time in Uni, just wanted to start again.... So picked this one up used... broken fork, picked up some old Super Ts... Still have some problems like cranks are getting stuck for some reason and missing an adapter for the front discs.... other than that its been great!
